atas nasihat doktor n kesedaran diri sendiri...
i nak try this 14 day prog...


trying my hard to follow the example meal plan
i repeat....
trying my reallyyyyyyyy harddddddddddd....
1. breakfast - cereal, milk, fruit, n 1 cup of tea (i replace tea ngan plain water)
2. Lunch - Balanced meal with vege, meat or fish or egg, bread or dairy product...
im having 1 senduk nasi putih, with 2 senduk sayur pucuk paku..
i berjaya tak habiskan nasi td.. so i makan sayur mcm mkn nasi, mkana nasi mcm mkn sayur..
3. Dinner - cereal, milk, vege or yogurt

i tak suke sgt susu ni....
i prefer Dutch Lady..
tp sebab HL ni rendah lemak kan..
but according from my reading...
bile tulis rendah2 lemak ni bukan bole caya sgt...
i check yesterday, my bone dh cukup kalsium... even terlebih sudahhhhhh kalsium sbnrnye...



i add dengan pisang....

first time mkn cereal tak bertambah..
selalu mkn cereal pun aku selera smpi tambah 2,3 kali..
